Gumbo and my other brothers and sister,

Mommy and Daddy took me to the vet yesterday — I got a mild case of bronchitis and needed some antibiotics.  The vet said this happens often to puppies — even with the bordatella vaccine.  I must have got it from one of the puppies at play day, not sure.  I love taking the antibiotics, though, because my people parents give me creamy peanut butter!  Hadn’t had that until yesterday — it’s yummy!

 Anyway, I was “weighed-in” and officially I am 43.5 lbs.  Gumbo, how much do you weigh?  Dallas, Maggie, Reagan?  Can anyone top or am I just a BIG boy!

If you would like to have Maggie Moo, the only girl from the Phillips’ litter, please contact Ken or Leslie. Maggie Moo’s mom is unable to take care of her and Ken and Leslie currently have her in their possession.

Maggie is a great girl and looks about like her brothers Gumbo and Killee, both pictured on this web site.

I got an email from Ken this morning putting out the message. We are looking for a good home for Maggie. If you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and would like to have a beautiful poodle, contact Ken Phillips at [number removed]. They are simply looking for a good home for this dog, there is no charge.

Gumbo and family,

My human parents keep clicking the camera and want to upload some photos of me. It’s okay if you don’t want them posted. They just keep showing me off [I’m getting my first full body haircut tomorrow — finally. This fur is miserable in this Texas heat!].

Hey, where’s the photo of Maggie Moo and Leslie and Ken’s pupper? I keep coming out here non-stop and no photos.

Your Cousin bingo is soo cute. My Mommy says she’s never seen a black and white poodle. Very unusual and striking. Well, here goes….they have caption and everything….nothing like ‘rents to embarrass….

Killee

My sister just sent some photos of Bingo. He is very cute! They also have a black lab named Jazz, so Bingo has a playmate.

This is Creole and Gumbo’s cousin and he lives in Louisiana. We’ll have to get over there soon to play.

Here is a photo of Killee taken on July 4th of this year. He’s a handsome pup! He looks like he is bigger than Gumbo. His snout looks longer than Gumbo’s too. It is hard to compare size without their hairdo being the same. Every time we get Creole cut she looks half the size she did before. When we got Gumbo cut he looked a fraction of the size.
Regardless of size, Killee is a beautiful dog and is certainly on the “Cutest Pups on the Face of the Earth” list

These are photos of Meg and Max, the litter’s mom and dad dogs. I forget the name of the Weimaraner. Gumbo says that’s his uncle but he doesn’t remember his name. Can you tell which one is your pup? I can’t. I know Gumbo is one of the lighter-colored pups.

Puppy Play Time

Over the past few weeks we have been contacted by many of Gumbo’s siblings. We have met some nice people with beautiful poodle pups just like our guy.
So far we have met Achilles “Killee”, Reagan Red “Axle” and
Dallas. We look forward to meeting his other brother and his sister too.

With all of Gumbo’s siblings stopping by the web site to say hello, I wanted to post some photos of Gumbo for comparison with his siblings.

Those of you who have pups from this litter, if you want to post photos of your Poodle just email us and we can let you know how to do that, or you can email us the photo and we’ll put it on the site for you.
